The Story
Sober is just what we're called.
It started with one truck, one grill, and Shubham deciding Bangalore needed a proper hot dog that didn't need a table or a reservation. Just something good and ready whenever people actually want it, which is usually closer to midnight than lunchtime.
Shubham's still out there most nights, doing the grilling and the plating himself, and somehow remembering what half the regulars order without being asked. No concept, no fine-dining routine, just fresh ingredients and a line that's usually five people deep within a few minutes of opening.
So yeah, we're called Sober Dogs. Doesn't mean you have to be.
